As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role for new business development and managing key accounts in North China.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Propose individual annual goal and fulfill the goal
• Develops new business, dig out and follow up design-in and design-win projects
• Manage key accounts
• Maintain the data on OneERP
• Reports the account plan, visit report, business review report
• Maintains good customer relationship
• Cross selling for solution and automotive products
• Supports marketing team for market survey, promotion plan

What We're Looking For

• University degree, major in drive technology or power electronics
• At least 5 years experience in sales or relative field
• Eager to be successful, willing to take challenge with growth mindset
• Strong logic thinking ability, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Enhance good customer relationship ability
• Fluent in written and oral English
