Job Responsibilities

This position will lead HHE Industry Sales team to meet sales target and develop HHE business in China
Danfoss Heat Exchangers will brazed, gasketed and welded heat exchangers is a priority business for Danfoss with a high growth potential in China. From a market and product point of view, the Senior Sales Managers has the following key priorities:
-Develop current growth hotspots further within expecially the Industry segment, Chemcial/Marine/food/Power/Semi-conductor
-Secure continuous profitable growth in the market with current customers and a broad portfolio of advanced components and solutions.
-Investigate and follow through on strategic opportunities and partnerships.
-Optimize the Sales Operating Model

Combined with the market perspective and Senior Sales Manager has five focus areas:
1. With the sales and support team and key stakeholders, further specify and deploy a three-year growth strategy.
2. As a part of the strategy work cooperate with key stakeholders to define the best products, services and solutions fitted and attractive to the China market.
3. Continue the development of profitable sales to existing customers.
4. Develop network and partnership with key players in the above-mentioned industries in general.
5. Further develop the structure and staff competences to secure a result-driven pro-active and inoovative sales organization that supports the strategy and the Sales Operating Model.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate should currently be a Sales Manager having a regional sales or national KAM role with a strong player in the industry and wanting to step up with a larger team and full responsibility for a priority country for Danfoss
The candidate should preferably have a business or engineering degree combined with +8 years of sales operation experience from KAM, Indirect and Project sales and +3 years of Sales Management experience.
It is essential that the candidate has a strong strategic mindset and an understanding of the keys to success.
To both participate in sales and be a strong role model to coach the team, the candidate should have a solid understanding of all phases of a successful sales operation process.
Further it would be an advantage if the candidate has good analytical and planning skills, pricing perfomance understanding as well as the ablility to combine interests of multiple stakesholders.
