Senior Sales Engineer

Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an  Drives Senior Sales Engineer. The preferred candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level as a true partner to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Manage the portfolio of selected clients of medium strategic potential under supervision, through  visits, following and collaborating with sales strategies, in order to ensure the relationship with the client, follow up on start-ups, negotiate prices, analyze applications of the customers, making specifications and providing information to the customer.
• Prepare and send sales proposals using pre-defined and approved information, according to the needs of sellers and/or customers, 
• request the creation of sales orders, confirm orders with the proposals, request order invoicing, and follow up until invoicing
• Update CRM and pipeline with activities and opportunities continuously, seeking to maintain information on sales in real time, so that it can serve as a database for the extraction of KPIs (Main Performance Indicators).

• To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and have outstanding communication and business acumen.
• Sales experience stemming from a technical background.
