We are looking for a new colleague - Process Analyst - whose expertise and passion for process mining and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) will support us in developing foundations for strong DAP area. Job Responsibilities
In your daily job you will:
- Manage RPA/Process Mining projects in cooperation with business stakeholders, in accordance with the project methodology and operating model in DAP
- Cooperate with the DAP Development & Operations team to ensure project implementation within the agreed timeline, while maintaining the highest quality
- Closely collaborate with the Process Owner, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and other relevant stakeholders at every stage of the project
- Keep business stakeholders updated on project progress by proactively communicating project schedule, project status, risk of delay (with reasons) and project completion
- Lead data validation activities with the Data Engineer and Subject Matter Experts (SME), ensuring complete data validation
- Performing data and process analysis in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to model/build process activities, dashboards, KPIs, analytical models, etc.
- Support for business stakeholders in the field of Process Mining & RPA training
Background & Skills
Your profile:
- Graduate from the Business/IT faculty
- A few years of relevant experience in project management, process analyst
- Extensive knowledge & experience process management methodology (LEAN, Agile, etc.), Celonis, UiPath, SAP as an asset
- Deep understanding of the importance of business processes and the impact of Process Mining/RPA on them, responsibility for assigned tasks, ability to trouble shooting.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management to build trust in automation/process mining projects
- Process and data analytic skills
- Curiosity and critical thinking
- Problem solving and collaboration skills
- Strong interest in data design, optimization, and automation of administrative processes
- Very good English language skills
