We are looking for strong and experience colleague to join to our successful Hungarian Danfoss Drives Team as Sales Engineer, who can contribute to meet our ambitious growth target on the Hungarian market.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Responsible for the sales development of Danfoss Drives products portfolio in alignment with value added sales approach and overall strategy.
  • Continue development of customer loyalty in your territory.
  • Expanding relationship with existing customers, generating new leads, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Uncover customer’s needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Project management, quotation, negotiation and follow up.
  • Schedule appointments and visit customers, effectively utilise platforms for digital communications.
  • Organise and provide technical and products presentations, seminaries on both F2F and digital platform according to the agreed plan with your manager.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent (Electrical Engineering)
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, or minimum 3 years professional experience of variable speed control, motor technology, power electronics area.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationship with customers.
  • Customer oriented mindset.
  • Open-minded, fact based and solutions-oriented team player.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented personality.
  • Native Hungarian language skills and good English both oral and written.
  • Willing to travel and driving license (B).
  • User level knowledge of digital tools, Microsoft Office applications (Salesforce, SAP are welcome).
