The Impact You'll Make

As a Sales Trainee, you’ll be part of a 12~15 month program designed to develop future leaders in technical sales and customer solutions.
You’ll gain hands-on experience and structured learning, helping Danfoss create value for customers and build strong, long-term partnerships in the market.
Your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn will help you deliver impactful solutions and grow both personally and professionally. 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Start with local onboarding, followed by a two-week training program in Denmark for an in-depth introduction to our business, products, and work methods.

  • Learn Danfoss sales processes—including value selling, customer influence, and sales tools.

  • Shadow experienced colleagues in the field to gain practical insights.

  • Rotate through key sales and support functions for broad exposure.

  • Take responsibility for your own customers or technical projects as you progress.

  • Work closely with local and global mentors, receiving continuous career coaching and feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maritime studies, business, or a related field.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a global environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in both Korean and English.
