Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who will drive revenue growth for drive business in Marine & Offshore vertical. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals in your assigned business vertical, developing OEM sales strategies, and managing partners. We are looking for someone who is energetic, hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results. Your expertise in selling technology solutions and your ability to build strong relationships with key customers will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Develop and grow route to market partners and build strong relationship.
• Grow partners business through development and implementation of business plan.
• Spec-in Danfoss product and solution by leveraging support from regional and global Danfoss networks
• Consult customer to optimize drive system based on Danfoss solution
• Generate product and solution values propositions.
• Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity

• Bachelor’s degree in electric/mechatronics engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Analytical mindset and ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
• Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with team work
• Customer driven, and oriented with the priority on company profits
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluent English
• Location : Busan
