What You’ll Be Doing
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including new hire follow-ups, communication, and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, and community events, ensuring seamless execution and strong participation
- Manage HR administrative processes, including shared inbox inquiries, documentation updates, expense tracking, and reimbursements
- Oversee site programs and vendor coordination such as food services, uniforms/workwear, and employee recognition initiatives
- Maintain internal communication channels and calendars, ensuring employees stay informed and connected
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED, 5+ years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or office operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning systems such as HRIS or intranet tools
- High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through when handling sensitive information
