As our Business Controller, you’ll play a key role to deliver reliable and transparent financial performance reporting, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and partner with the business to achieve performance targets and unlock its full potential. As a Business Controller, you will provide data-driven financial insights to support business decision-making and drive sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

We provide reliable and transparent reporting of financial results
- We identify risks early to mitigate, rather than having them as surprises in the reporting
- To do so, we look forward and stay in close dialogue with our business partners (factory head, procurement, quality)

We support the business achieve the targets and potential in close interaction and collaboration with factory management team and other relevant stakeholders
- We identify areas for opportunity
- We speak up when we see something that is not working
- We know the targets for our area, and the actions needed to get there
- We partner up with our colleagues from sales, R&D and supply chain

We work as a team
-We support and inspire each other within the finance team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, with 3+ years of experience in business controlling, FP&A or management accounting;
  
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and financial reporting, understanding of factory and supply chain financials;
  
• Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with SAP systems (SAP super user);
  
• Strong business partnership mindset, data analysis and problem and solving skills;
  
• English can be used as working language.
