The Impact You'll Make

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we grow—strengthening our presence in key markets and building meaningful relationships that connect customer needs with the right solutions. You’ll help position our offerings in ways that bring real value to customers and reinforce our reputation as a trusted technical partner.

Your impact will be visible in how customers experience our brand: greater confidence in our expertise, smoother interactions, and stronger long‑term partnerships. Through your ability to understand market dynamics and customer challenges, you’ll help open doors to new opportunities and reinforce our competitiveness across the region.

In this role, you’ll engage with a wide network of colleagues—across sales, technical functions, service, and other cross‑regional teams—to align on priorities and ensure we bring a unified approach to customers. You’ll be a key connector who brings insights from the field back into the organization, helping us stay agile, informed, and ready for future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of sales plans to deliver growth in revenue, pipeline expansion, and new customer acquisition.
  • Support customers and internal teams by preparing accurate quotations, responding to tenders, and providing solution‑driven technical guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, technical teams, service, and cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless sales execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Use your skills in technical sales, product presentation, and CRM management to improve customer engagement, solution accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
  • Continuously learn and share market insights to enhance how we serve customers, identify opportunities, and improve commercial performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in technical sales or new business development, with a strong ability to identify opportunities, win new customers, and grow revenue within industrial or engineering-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of VSDs (variable speed drives) and their applications, and proficiency in using CRM systems—or the willingness and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross‑functional teams, collaborating with technical, sales, and service colleagues to deliver accurate and feasible solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage customers confidently through meetings, product demos, and solution discussions.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, with high attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the motivation to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive a total rewards package that may include a range of benefits, depending on your location and contract type. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
