As a APQP and Projects Supervisor at Danfoss Power Solutions Querétaro, you will be the voice of quality in our New Product Development and Standard Transition Process teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, aligning with AIAG requirements for Advanced Product Quality. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning and execution of new products and processes being transferred from other Danfoss facilities.
- Lead APQP deliverables for New Product Development and Standard Transition Process teams, ensuring compliance with AIAG standards.
- Drive PPAP submissions at the plant level, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
- Act as the quality representative on PROLaunch teams, coordinating risk identification and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate Launch Readiness Reviews and administer corrective actions, ensuring successful program launches.
What We're Looking For
- BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with strong knowledge in APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
- Proficiency in Minitab and Microsoft Project Software, with a solid understanding of ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
- Leadership skills to guide multifunctional teams, with effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English, with strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated approach.
