As Academy Consultant in the Danfoss Climate Solutions Academy, you’ll help define how customer and technical training shows up across Danfoss Climate Solutions. You’ll sit where learning, sales and commercial performance meet. Turning strategy into training that actually moves the needle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks sharp, acts fast and delivers real results and not just plans.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Turn learning strategy into action: Design and deliver scalable customer and technical training, including:
o Embedding Academy content into Danfoss AI Chat to enable on-demand learning
o Designing and co-leading customer trainings with sales, product lines, and key stakeholders
o Creating a clear, scalable framework for technical training
- Own the space: Act as the primary point of contact for customer and technical training across Danfoss Climate Solutions. Connect dots, remove friction, and bring clarity where it’s needed
- Influence through collaboration: Work across teams and seniority levels. Balance listening, challenge, and collaboration to move things forward
- Deliver with pace and quality: Bring structure, momentum, and follow-through. Ensure initiatives land well and create real commercial value
What We're Looking For
- You have 2–5 years’ experience from commercial excellence, consulting, sales enablement, project management, or similar roles
- You understand sales realities and how training can support commercial outcomes. Not just how it looks good on paper
- You’re strong at structuring messy problems and turning them into clear, actionable solutions
- You are a impactful communicator who engages stakeholders at all levels and drives collaborative alignment
- You facilitate impactful training, designing and delivering practical solutions that boost commercial performance
- You are customer‑driven, curious, persistent, and committed to seeing initiatives through to success
