The Impact You'll Make
This role will maintain and develop/expand key OEM customers to foster the business vertical marketing business growth; The role will develop the HVAC&R OEM sales growth with Danfoss solution providing and value creation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implement OEM business strategy of DCD in the HVAC&R;
- Maintain the current key OEM customers for HVAC to complete the sales target;
- To explore and expand new customers to realize the break-through from 0 to 1;
- Build up the strategic relationship with the identified key OEM customers for HVAC&R;
- Drive E2E solution for OEM Values and competences
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree at least with the related engineering major like mechanical, electronics, electrical or automative control etc. Master’s degree is a plus;
- At least 5-year working experience in HVAC&R;
- Have the strong strategy execution capability with result-orientation;
- Have customer focus and systemic thinking to lead the time for Danfoss System solution value providing;
- Have good collaborative communication skill.
