The Impact You'll Make

As our Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing sales objectives in  AC & HP OEMs through wholesaler channels in East China region, to achieve profitable results.

Responsibilities cover compressors (scroll, semi-hermetic piston, screw...), controls, Mechanical & Electronical parts (TXV, EXV,solenoid valves...) and plate heat exchangers. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop Danfoss business, compressor, controls and Heat exchangers in assigned air-conditioning areas in East China
• Cooperate and manage regional wholesaler channels, regular review on sales data, actions, customers and opportunities
• Arrange sales activities to achieve all KPIs
• Develop feasible sales plan and build up comprehensive customer database
• Coordinate with internal different functions to support region business
• Maintains customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
• Provide inputs for new product development based on customer needs and market trend
• Effectively execute pricing, order following up, payment policy, product claim coordination and relevant sales management rule.
• Support other team members on customer development and service

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor or above degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• At least 5 years sales or technical experience in the field of refrigeration or air conditioning
• Solid skill of OEM sales, cooperation and sales management of wholesalers
• Well knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC applications, new application learning
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in written English
• Self-motivated, independence and excellent team player
