The Impact You'll Make
As our new Account Manager (m/f/d) based in home office in Germany, you’ll take charge of the Distribution Sales Channel in the Central/East Europe region. You’ll focus mainly on DACH, but you’ll also support our partners in the Benelux and Eastern European regions.
In this role, you help our distributors grow their business, build partnerships that last, and make sure our customers feel valued and supported. Your work directly shapes the success of our team and drives Danfoss Power Solutions forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and expand sales partnerships and networks across your region
- Identify and develop profitable opportunities through value-based selling
- Drive initiatives to grow selected product lines or business areas
- Shape partner strategies to support long-term growth
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as application engineers, sales teams, supply chain, product management, and R&D
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or a related field, plus ca. 3+ years of experience in sales or distribution
- Technical understanding of hydraulics, fluid conveyance, and/or electronics
- Experience working with independent distributors
- Great communication skills in English and a collaborative, proactive way of working. German skills are a Plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across Europe, with occasional international trips
