Join Danfoss Power Solutions as Account Manager for our Industrial Division!
You’ll take ownership of a defined customer portfolio across the Netherlands and Belgium, growing existing relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working in line with our Go-To-Market strategy, you’ll help strengthen Danfoss’ position in key industrial markets.
Together with customers and internal Application Engineers, you’ll turn technical challenges into practical commercial solutions. From supporting customer projects to identifying growth opportunities, you’ll help create long-term value for both customers and the business.
You’ll also bring customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence back into the organisation, helping shape smarter business decisions and future growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Around 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, business development, or application engineering, ideally within hydraulics or similar industrial markets
- Proven experience building and managing commercial relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, machine builders, or other industrial customers
- Great technical as well as commercial understanding of the industrial hydraulics market, customer needs, and how to turn technical challenges into commercial opportunities
- Confidence working across international and multicultural business environments
- Fluency in Dutch and English, along with willingness to travel across the Benelux region (up to 50%) as part of this customer-facing role
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus in Hydraulics, or a comparable background
- Experience (ca. 5+ years) in commercial technical roles within internationally structured environments, ideally in hydraulics
- Proven experience managing commercial relationships with contractors
- The ability to understand the needs of the industrial hydraulics market and navigate multicultural environments
- Fluency in Dutch and English, plus willingness to travel (up to 50%) when needed - you will get a company car
