The Impact You'll Make
As our new Account Manager for our Industrial Division, you’ll play a key role in shaping Danfoss Power Solutions’ success across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
You’ll work closely with OEMs and partners, turning your passion for hydraulics into real results. In this role, you make a direct impact by building reliable relationships, driving sales activities, and helping us grow in some of the most innovative industrial markets.
You can work from your home office preferably in the Netherlands or alternatively in Belgium.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate sales activities with assigned OEMs and partners in line with our Go-To-Market strategy
- Implement the sales growth plan for your region
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers
- Bring new customers on board with a focus on Danfoss Focus platforms
- Work closely with Application Engineers and ensure customer insights are shared with the business unit
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Hydraulics, or a comparable background
- Experience (ca. 5+ years) in commercial technical roles within internationally structured environments, ideally in hydraulics
- Proven experience managing commercial relationships with contractors
- The ability to understand the needs of the industrial hydraulics market and navigate multicultural environments
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, plus willingness to travel (up to 50%) when needed
