As our Account Manager, you will partner with customers across the refrigeration and HVAC industry to design and optimize high-performance cooling solutions powered by Danfoss technology.
Working closely with contractors, OEMs, and system integrators, you’ll help translate complex technical requirements into reliable, energy-efficient systems that perform in real-world conditions. You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team where technical expertise and commercial insight come together to solve real industry challenges every day.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor to your customers—enabling faster, smarter technical decisions, increasing adoption of Danfoss solutions, and directly contributing to revenue growth and long-term partnerships within your territory.
You’ll collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Service teams while owning your sales pipeline and key accounts—playing a visible role in advancing sustainable cooling solutions across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow and manage key accounts across refrigeration and HVAC, strengthening relationships and expanding Danfoss share through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide technical consultation by selecting and specifying compressors, valves, controls, and heat exchangers to deliver optimal system performance.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently delivering on revenue and margin targets.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer solutions—from technical alignment to post-sales support.
- Translate market insights into action by capturing customer feedback, monitoring competitors, and contributing to go-to-market strategies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC Engineering, or related field, with 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or account management.
- Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC systems, and key components (compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and controls).
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering results in a B2B, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer and business value
