The Impact You'll Make

You will be the technical backbone of Danfoss’ global aftermarket compressor repair programs. By owning and maintaining accurate Bills of Material (BOM), you ensure repairs are done right the first time—anywhere in the world.

Your expertise will enable faster repairs, fewer errors, and consistent quality across service teams and authorized repair centers. Customers benefit from reliable outcomes and shorter downtime.

Through precise data, strong standards, and close collaboration, you directly support a more efficient, scalable, and profitable aftermarket business.

This is an on-site role based at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and maintain aftermarket compressor BOMs to ensure accurate, up-to-date repair information that supports high-quality service execution.

  • Act as the technical reference for compressor configurations, part applicability, and supersessions, helping teams resolve issues quickly and correctly.

  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Quality to translate design changes into clear, usable aftermarket documentation.

  • Manage part cross-references, repair kits, and upgrade packages within ERP/PLM systems to improve repair speed and consistency.

  • Improve BOM processes and data governance to strengthen aftermarket readiness and reduce rework and errors.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable technical background with hands-on experience in electro-mechanical systems.

  • Strong experience working with ERP/PLM systems (SAP or similar) and interpreting BOM structures and engineering changes.

  • Solid understanding of mechanical assemblies, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in global, cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.

  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset in a fast-paced aftermarket environment.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
