We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for preparing import/export documentation, tracking certification expiration dates, and publishing relevant information for internal stakeholders. The position is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Document management, control of contracts, and processing/transfer of invoices from counterparties.
- Preparation of export documents, translation of invoices (imports) when needed.
- Publishing approvals for managers and relevant departments (product managers, logistics, and other stakeholders).
- Processing applications for one-time import permissions into the Republic of Kazakhstan and preparing related documentation.
- Collecting documents for certificates of origin and managing applications via the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs platform.
- Supporting additional activities related to import and export operations, depending on business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics or similar technical field,
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position,
- Strong Russian, English is a must (at least intermediate level), Kazakh is a big plus,
- Experience in SAP is a plus,
- A good team player with a customer-focused mindset,
- Ability to work in a global set-up and communicate at all levels of the organization,
- Meets the deadline on time,
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
