We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for preparing import/export documentation, tracking certification expiration dates, and publishing relevant information for internal stakeholders. The position is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and analyzing import/export documentation, contracts, and invoice flows
• Preparing export documents and supporting translation of import invoices when needed
• Coordinating approvals and ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders
• Supporting certification processes (e.g., certificates of origin) and import permissions
• Identifying improvement opportunities in logistics processes and supporting compliance activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or analytical roles

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Good command of Russian and English (Kazakh is a strong advantage)

• Proactive team player with good MS Office skills (SAP is a plus)
