The Impact You'll Make
As an Analyst, Product Compliance, you will play a key role in strengthening Product Compliance across Danfoss Power Solutions. By ensuring our products meet applicable regulatory requirements, you will help protect Danfoss' reputation, support access to global markets, and contribute to the development of sustainable and compliant solutions. Working closely with colleagues across functions and locations, you will help drive a strong Product Compliance culture and support continuous improvement across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing

Play an important role in improving our Product Compliance structure and culture.

Represent Danfoss Power Solutions in working groups to share knowledge and align ways of working across Danfoss.

Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Product Compliance topics within our processes and templates.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Law, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to evaluate topics from a Product Compliance perspective.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions, cultures, and locations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and the ability to work independently in a global environment.
- Experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field is considered an advantage. Interest in non-road mobile machinery and their hydraulic and electric solutions is a plus.
