Duties: |
Align with account managers to develop customer account plans including support/building of value propositions; conduct product and application presentations both for customers and relevant industry trade shows; actively work with customer engineering teams in design phase to ensure proper selection and application of Danfoss products; assist in qualification testing with customers as required; assist in new technology system start-ups through site visits; troubleshooting and problem solving through customer visits, remote call support, etc; drive internal product development amongst proper teams to meet customer needs; support Regional and Global Quality coordinators in root cause investigations. 40% national and international travel. |
