We're looking for young, ambitious talent to join our Sales & Application Engineering Trainee Program — a 12 to 15-month journey designed to grow future leaders in technical sales and customer solutions.
This program combines structured learning, real project ownership, and hands-on shadowing to give you a full view of how we go to market, create value for customers, and build long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Application Engineering Track – Ideal for those with a technical background such as engineering, technical school, maritime engineering, or practical technical understanding. You’ll learn how to design solutions together with customers and support them through implementation and commissioning.
Sales Track – Perfect for those with a background in business, sales, or customer service. Maybe you’ve studied business management or had some early sales or support experience. What matters most is your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.
You’ll:
- Start with local onboarding followed by two weeks in Denmark to get a full introduction to our business, products, and ways of working.
- Learn how we sell – including tools, value selling, and customer influence.
- Shadow experienced colleagues in the field.
- Rotate through key sales and support functions.
- Gradually take responsibility for your own customers or technical projects.
- Work with both local and global mentors, with career coaching throughout.
By the end of the program, you’ll transition into a full-time role in either sales or application engineering, depending on your strengths and ambitions.
What We're Looking For
Technically minded profiles – You might be an engineer, technician, or someone with hands-on technical understanding (maritime, mechanical, or similar).
Commercial profiles – You may have a degree in business, customer service experience, or early exposure to sales. What matters most is your curiosity, energy, and engagement.
