As our Application and Business Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting both technical and operational activities that help ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing technical and application support for internal teams, customers, and business partners
- Supporting project execution and coordinating technical documentation, specifications, and product-related information
- Collaborating with engineering, production, sales, and customer service teams to resolve technical and operational issues
- Maintaining and updating data in business systems such as SAP and supporting reporting activities
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, customer support, and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Technical education background (Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
- Experience in application support, technical support, engineering, or business support roles
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
- Very good Polish and communicative English, both written and spoken
