As an Architect – OnePLM, you shape how product data, processes, and collaboration come together across Danfoss. Your work directly supports engineers, manufacturing teams, and business leaders by enabling a reliable, scalable PLM landscape that helps them deliver better products, faster.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate business needs into PLM solutions by working closely with stakeholders and shaping clear, scalable architectures.
- Design and configure Teamcenter solutions that improve usability, performance, and process consistency across functions.
- Support solution delivery by contributing to effort estimates, prototypes, and high-quality implementations.
- Resolve complex PLM issues while safeguarding system stability, data integrity, and integrations with SAP.
- Strengthen PLM capabilities by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and driving continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter (UA, AWC) and PLM solution design in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of core PLM domains, such as CAD integration, change and document management, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with PLM integrations, especially SAP, and PLM configuration or customization tools (e.g., ITK, SOA, BMIDE).
- Solid software development foundation, including modern web technologies and agile ways of working.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
