What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with regional sales teams to drive business growth through strong technical engagement and curiosity-led problem solving
- Proactively support customers by resolving technical and quality challenges, conducting field visits, and learning from real-world applications
- Lead and support new product qualifications, start-ups, and ramp-ups, accelerating adoption through hands-on customer engagement
- Continuously build deep knowledge of customer systems, applications, and evolving market needs
- Create compelling, value-based propositions to position Danfoss solutions and enable up-selling and cross-selling
- Collaborate closely with factories, quality teams, and internal experts to deliver trainings, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Own customer relationships and opportunity pipelines, taking accountability for closures and long-term growth
What We're Looking For
- Engineering graduate with 7+ years of HVAC&R / Cold Chain experience and a strong growth mindset for continuous learning.
- Solid understanding of HVAC&R systems, components, and heat load calculations, with openness to deepen application expertise
- Working knowledge of FMEA and basic quality tools, applying learnings to drive continuous improvement
- Exposure to scroll and semi-hermetic compressors is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the aspiration to grow into technical and customer-facing leadership roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while adapting to change
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, with eagerness to adopt new digital platforms
- Self-driven, customer-focused professional who learns from field interactions and builds long-term relationships
- Willingness to travel regionally (~50%) to gain hands-on experience and support customer success
