As our Business Development Manager, you take ownership of bringing Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) to market -connecting customer challenges with technical solutions in a fast-evolving space.

Working across technology, regulation, and customer dialogue, you translate complex emissions requirements into practical solutions based on a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of customer needs. You support customers in meeting emissions requirements and progressing on their decarbonization journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive business development in marine and land-based CEMS markets by identifying, developing, and qualifying new growth opportunities.
  • Work directly with customers to understand technical challenges and application needs, translating insights into concrete solution opportunities.
  • Enable sales activities by providing strong technical and commercial input that strengthens value propositions and supports confident customer decisions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and competition to guide prioritization and strengthen market positioning.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, data-driven opportunity pipeline through disciplined CRM use and consistent follow-up.
