As our Business Development Manager Water & HVAC (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in strengthening collaboration within our partner network by ensuring clear and efficient communication, structured opportunity management, and reliable project coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead partner-related projects and processes to deliver successful outcomes and measurable business impact
- Support internal and external stakeholders by handling project requests, technical inquiries, and partner needs with clarity and structure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align on ongoing initiatives and move projects forward efficiently
- Use your skills in communication, opportunity management, and technical understanding to improve process efficiency, information flow, and partner experience
- Continuously learn and monitor market developments to enhance how we identify opportunities and support partners across all project phases
What We're Looking For
- Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment, with a strong ability to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and common digital tools, or eagerness to learn, enabling accurate opportunity management and efficient workflows
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in German and English for structured, clear collaboration across the organization and partner network
- A mindset of proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and structured organization
