As our CMO & Projects Technician, you’ll play a key role in coordinate support for prove out process & PPAP validation.
Your impact? Assures execution of prove out based on customer requirements and project timeline.
You’ll collaborate with the organization and take ownership of prove out status, changes and roadblocks at the line, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducts meetings as required to keep the activities on track and the team informed of prove out status.
- Follow up with actions and lessons learned after prove out completion.
- Promote risk prevention/assessment and process attachment.
- Ensure quality standards and & customer requirements are followed during the PPAP run.
- Ensure that all raw material have PPAP approved previous to place Purchase orders.
What We're Looking For
- TSU or engineering in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical or related
- At least one year of experience in change management and new projects
- Intermediate English
- Effective communications, focus results, structured problem solving, organization and negotiation skills
- Core tools knowledge
