What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and operate multiple CNC lathes in accordance with production specifications. Monitor machine operations to identify any malfunctions or errors promptly.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to confirm product dimensions.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machines to maintain consistent quality and prevent downtime.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs accurately.
- Confirm tooling, materials, and operational parameters to ensure reliable unattended machine performance.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a CNC machine operator or in a comparable role is highly valued.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs is essential.
