As our new Central Vendor Master Administrator, you will ensure high-quality, accurate vendor master data across SAP and non-SAP systems. Your work will enable efficient procurement operations and strong data governance across global teams. You will join our team that is responsible for maintaining high vendor data and ensuring strong data governance across systems. We collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and master data governance team across global locations and with external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage vendor master data processes (creation, updates, extensions, archiving) to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and global stakeholders to support vendor data needs and resolve service requests and incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, governance and support automation within vendor master data domain.
- Maintain and improve vendor master data quality and support business operations.
- Execute recurring tasks such as processing vendor creation/changes, handling service tickets, and supporting data validation and cleansing activities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in master data management, preferably within SAP (MDG, FIORI) environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP, ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details.
- Effective communication abilities in English.
- High accuracy to meet KPIs and to improve vendor data quality and governance through continuous cleansing, validation, and process enhancements.
