As a Central Vendor Master Administrator, you will be at the heart of our global data management activities, working with colleagues from different countries and functions. This is an exciting opportunity to build expertise in SAP, Master Data Governance (MDG), automation, and process improvement while contributing to a truly global organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end management of vendor and bank master data across SAP and MDG systems, ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality data throughout the vendor lifecycle.
- Support global procurement and business teams by handling service requests, system incidents, and data-related inquiries, helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
- Drive data quality and governance through validation, cleansing, enrichment, and continuous monitoring of vendor master data integrity.
- Monitor and support automation solutions within the vendor master area, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Danfoss, providing guidance, supporting training activities, and contributing to projects that enhance systems, data management practices, and ways of working.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, finance, master data management, or a similar business support role.
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP MDG, ERP systems, and vendor master data management; experience in these areas is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with professional written and spoken English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- An analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and experience with process optimization or automation considered an advantage
