The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a Compensation / End-of-Line (EOL) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring robust sensor performance through advanced data analysis, measurement system expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will act as a technical interface between R&D, process engineering, manufacturing, quality, and software teams (both locally and globally).

At Danfoss, you will be part of a global team dedicated to engineering solutions that enable a better tomorrow. You will work in a collaborative environment where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities, leveraging SQL for data extraction and reporting.
  • Optimize measurement systems (pressure, temperature, analog/digital signals) to ensure accuracy, stability, and long-term reliability.
  • Interface external equipment software with internally developed compensation algorithms.
  • Investigate performance variations (offset, linearity, repeatability, etc.) and conduct root cause analysis on yield losses and process deviations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure robust mass production performance, supporting quality activities (PPAP, FMEA, control plans) and mitigating process impacts (soldering, bonding, contamination, PCBA).

What We're Looking For

  • Educational background in Engineering aligned with measurement systems, data analysis, or sensor technology.
  • Proven experience with SQL and database management, combined with strong analytical skills in statistical data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of measurement systems, signal processing, and sensor technology, including their interaction with manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and process improvement, with familiarity in quality methodologies such as PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Ability to bridge mechanical, process, and software domains, working effectively in cross-functional and global environments.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
