The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Consultant, Finance and License IT Infrastructure to join our Infrastructure Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a blend of financial acumen and IT infrastructure knowledge to effectively manage budgets, subscriptions, software licenses, and vendor contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Financial Management: Manage IT Infrastructure related financial budgets and cost control to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Software License Management: Oversee infrastructure software license and subscription management and compliance to avoid legal risks.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize vendor contracts and purchasing processes.
  • Procurement: Create and manage purchase orders for IT infrastructure related acquisitions.
  • Invoice Processing: Handle invoice approval and monitor timely and accurate costs allocation in ERP system.
  • Order Tracking: Track order deliveries and invoicing to ensure alignment with purchase orders and budgets.
  • Financial Reviews: Conduct regular financial reviews and reporting to provide insights into IT infrastructure spending and financial performance. Manage Variance Analysis reports to explain differences in budget forecast and actual spendings.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within an IT or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and software licensing.
  • Experience with procurement and vendor management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in financial software and SAP ERP system.
  • Apptio software experience is beneficial.
