What You’ll Be Doing
You will take ownership of the daily operational and optimization tasks within our OVM practice and support both internal teams and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include:
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver timely service and support for IT Software–related service requests and occasionally other IT categories.
- Maintain and update IT Software data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting and compliance needs.
- Conduct scheduled analytics and reporting for internal stakeholders, providing clear insights and follow‑up.
- Participate in local and global meetings with IT software vendors to support procurement and contract-related activities.
- Oversee procurement processes such as purchase requests, purchase orders, invoicing, and utilization tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to compliance and audit activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT Procurement policies and procedures across the vendor lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills
- A relevant degree in economics, procurement, or a related field.
- Experience in IT vendor management; experience with IT Software vendors is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities with a structured and disciplined working style.
- Confident communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to balance independent work with effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of IT hardware and operational procurement is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
