The Impact You'll Make
You will play a hands-on role in strengthening continuous improvement and lean culture across our warehouses in DCS Apodaca. Your work will directly support safer, more efficient, and more sustainable warehouse operations.
By leading improvement initiatives and supporting Kaizen events, you will help turn ideas into real operational results. This role gives you visibility, ownership, and the chance to make a measurable impact early in your career.
You will also act as a connector between different warehouses, helping share best practices and build a strong foundation of lean thinking across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead lean and continuous improvement projects that improve warehouse performance and efficiency.
- Support and coordinate Kaizen events, from preparation to follow-up, ensuring actions turn into results.
- Promote lean mindset and ways of working in daily warehouse operations.
- Help standardize and share Danfoss Performance Program (DPP) and lean tools across warehouses in DCS Apodaca.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in 7th semester of an Engineering, Industrial, or related bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Kaizen.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work with data.
