This is a Nordborg-based role, where your daily presence on site will be essential to building relationships, engaging with teams, and driving change directly on the shop floor. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead productivity improvement initiatives by defining strategic and tactical plans, aligning short- and long-term goals, and monitoring key performance indicators
- Drive continuous improvement projects including DBS pilots, Kaizen activities, and Six Sigma initiatives, from identification to successful execution
- Embed lean knowledge across the organization by ensuring tools and processes are consistently applied, providing training, and sustaining past project gains
- Collaborate and share expertise with other Lean offices and external networks to keep team competencies at a high level
- Conduct regular shop floor audits to challenge current practices, identify opportunities, and facilitate improvements in productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- A seasoned leader in lean manufacturing with a proven track record of driving productivity improvements in complex production environments
- Deep expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, and Six Sigma, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence, coach, and inspire teams across functions and geographies
- Comfortable working in both English and Danish, collaborating with colleagues globally as well as in our local production
- Willingness and ability to be present daily in the Nordborg office to work closely with teams and lead improvements on site
