As our new Control Engineer, you will be at the heart of our innovation, ensuring our brand-new S45 open circuit pump assembly line operates at peak performance. Your technical leadership will directly minimize machinery downtime, guaranteeing we deliver high-quality hydraulic products to our customers on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive the efficiency of our new S45 Assembly Line by leading our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to achieve an ambitious 85% Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to meet key performance indicators for the assembly line, including safety, quality (1000 DPPM), and on-time delivery (90% or better).
  • Ensure our assembly lines maintain an uptime of 95% or better, keeping production moving by providing crucial support when equipment fails or stops.
  • Demonstrate your leadership by accelerating technical problem resolution and sharing your knowledge, empowering your peers to solve machine downtimes effectively.
  • Break down complex technical problems and diagnose issues, even when documentation is unavailable, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

What We're Looking For

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic, Electric, or a similar Engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and a solid understanding of the assembly sequence for a hydraulic open circuit pump.
  • Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and familiarity with PC programming languages such as C++, Python, LabVIEW, or Ladder.
  • The ability to confidently read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong technical communication skills to collaborate with local and global teams.
