What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cost Analyst, you will be a key financial partner to our operations. You will have the opportunity to:
- Drive the monthly financial close process, delivering accurate and timely reporting that provides clear visibility into plant performance.
- Dive deep into manufacturing costs by analyzing variances in price, scrap, and material usage to uncover root causes and recommend improvements.
- Act as a trusted financial partner to our production team leaders, providing the cost analysis and profitability insights they need to make smart decisions.
- Enhance our reporting capabilities by leveraging tools like SAP and Business Intelligence to support the annual budget process and other financial initiatives.
- Ensure financial integrity by applying accounting principles to all tasks and proactively investigating and resolving questions with strong attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive analyst who is eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting systems such as SAP or Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with a flexible and results-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in the US, without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
