As our Country HR responsible for Finland and Baltics, you will be the trusted advisor and shape how we build a consistent, people-centered, and compliant HR experience across Finland and Baltics. Your expertise will help leaders and HR Partners make confident decisions that support sustainable performance, wellbeing, and long-term work ability.

Your leadership will strengthen our HR team, enhance collaboration across units, and ensure that our practices remain competitive, attractive, and compliant. Furthermore, you will spearhead that HR services offered to the business from HR People Partners as well as the European HR service delivery organization run smoothly—today and as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead local HR coordination and harmonize practices across all sites to secure consistency and audit readiness.
  • In Finland coordinate occupational health care and work ability management to promote wellbeing, ensure early support, and strengthen sustainable performance.
  • Represent HR at country level and guide the development and adaptation of country-specific HR policies and benefits.
  • Lead and coach a small team of People Partners while also delivering your own people partnering support to the business.
  • Support leaders and HR Partners in local negotiations and provide HR guidance during organizational changes, integrations, or crisis situations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in country level HR, including Finnish labor laws and local HR practices.
  • Knowledge and experience from operating in the Baltics.
  • Proven ability to advise leaders, collaborate across functions, and operate confidently in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in policy development, employee relations, and HR operations in a multinational setting.
  • Ability to lead change and align decision making across teams and organizational levels through influence and constructive collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English.

What You'll Get from Us

You will join a purpose driven company where you can shape the future of HR in Finland and Baltics while influencing our global HR transformation and implementation of the recently introduced Danfoss HR operating model. You’ll be supported by a collaborative HR community across EMEA, gain access to learning and development opportunities, and enjoy a flexible hybrid work model aligned with our trust-based culture.

At Danfoss, you’ll experience a workplace that values wellbeing, inclusion, and meaningful work that contributes to a more sustainable future.

We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.

You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
