What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer accounts by following up on open and overdue receivables and resolving payment issues in a timely way.
- Assess credit risk and decide on the release of blocked orders to support both sales and financial security.
- Build strong relationships through regular contact with external customers and internal teams, always aiming for clear solutions.
- Improve processes by identifying root causes of aging receivables and supporting efficiency initiatives within the credit team.
What We're Looking For
- Education in business, finance, or a related field, plus experience in credit management, finance, or customer service.
- Strong spoken and written English and Danish, with confidence communicating professionally by phone and email.
- Solid skills in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- A customer‑focused mindset with good judgment, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
