The Impact You'll Make

As our Customer Care Analyst (m/f/d) based in Neumünster, Hamburg, Baden‑Baden, Troisdorf, Povazská Bystrica, Bologna or Nordborg, you’re the person who helps us shape the future of Customer Care across the globe. In this role, you’ll contribute to defining and driving our Customer Care strategy—making sure our processes run smoothly end‑to‑end across regions and business areas.


You’ll help modernize old systems, support transformation initiatives, and contribute to making us more efficient, more digital, and more customer‑focused.

 

You’ll act as a key connection point for cross‑functional projects, represent Customer Care in global forums, and support the harmonization of ERP systems, standards, and best practices. With your skills in digital tools, analytics, and system integration, you’ll help enable smart, data‑driven decisions and shape scalable, future‑ready solutions.

 

You’ll also collaborate with international project teams, help establish global standards, and create the framework that strengthens Customer Care performance worldwide.

 

This position is initially a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Supporting global Customer Care strategy and contributing to major transformation initiatives
  • Improving end‑to‑end Customer Care processes across regions and business areas
  • Helping modernize systems and align processes, including ERP harmonization
  • Coordinating with cross‑functional teams and representing Customer Care in global forums
  • Using digital tools and analytics to support data‑based decision-making

What We're Looking For

 

  • Great analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI and SAP ERP knowledge are a plus
  • Very good English and basic German skills
  • Solid PowerPoint skills
  • Willngness to travel ca. 20-30% within Europe
