You will be the trusted point of contact for customers who rely on Danfoss Turbocor technology to run critical HVAC systems. Your work directly shapes how customers experience our brand—every order, every interaction, every solution.
By connecting customer needs with our internal teams, you help ensure accurate deliveries, reliable supply, and fast resolution when challenges arise. Your voice represents the customer inside Danfoss and helps us continuously improve how we serve them.
In this role, you contribute to profitable growth while building long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and consistency.
This is an on-site role based at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL. Reports to: Customer Experience Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer relationships by handling inquiries through Salesforce, phone, and email to ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
- Coordinate orders and forecasts by reviewing demand, aligning forecasts with open orders, and addressing gaps with customers proactively.
- Partner across teams to ensure orders are planned, built, and delivered on time while resolving issues related to quality, materials, or logistics.
- Resolve issues end-to-end including order changes, returns, repairs, and RMAs to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Represent the customer internally by clearly communicating needs, risks, and priorities to drive alignment and solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing account management or service role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM to manage customer cases and workflows.
- Working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution, including order management and returns.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using analytical and problem-solving skills.
