Act as the first interface for quality communication between domestic customers and the factory, take full responsibility for handling all customer complaints. Lead the resolution of customer quality issues, manage customer-specific quality requirements, track the effectiveness of improvement measures, and maintain good customer quality relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the company's product quality meets customer expectations. Responsible for indicators such as timely response rate, customer complaint recurrence rate, and successful conversion rate for special customer requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Quality Representative: Serve as the first interface for quality communication between domestic customers and the factory; be fully responsible for handling all customer complaints.客户质量代表:国内客户与工厂内部质量沟通的第一接口;所有客户投诉处理的负责人。
- Customer Docking and Communication: Responsible for daily docking, communication and meetings with the customer's quality department to ensure unobstructed information flow; respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.客户对接与沟通:负责与客户质量部门的日常对接、沟通、会议,确保信息畅通;及时响应客户问询。
- Customer Complaint Handling: As the factory's first person in charge of customer complaints, receive, register and respond to customer complaints quickly; coordinate immediate remedial measures such as physical return and replenishment.客户投诉处理:作为客户投诉的工厂第一负责人,接收、登记并快速响应客户投诉;协调实物退回、补货等即时补救措施。
- Problem Solving and Reporting: Take the lead in setting up a cross-departmental team (such as QE, ME, Production, etc.), lead the root cause analysis of customer complaint issues, organize the preparation and timely submission of professional 8D reports and other analysis materials required by customers.问题解决与报告:牵头成立跨部门小组(如QE、ME、生产等),主导客户投诉问题的根本原因分析,组织编写并按时提交专业的8D报告及其他客户要求的分析资料。
- Domestic Customer Requirement Management: Receive, interpret and organize internal evaluation of customers' special quality requirements (such as special standards, marks, packaging, etc.), ensure they are accurately converted and implemented into internal processes.国内客户要求管理:接收、解读并组织内部评估客户的特殊质量要求(如特殊标准、标识、包装等),确保其被准确转化并落实到内部流程中。
- Domestic Customer Satisfaction Management: Track the effectiveness of improvement measures fed back by customers, participate in customer satisfaction surveys and improvements, and maintain good customer quality relationships.国内客户满意度管理:跟踪客户反馈的改善措施有效性,参与客户满意度调查与改进,维护良好的客户质量关系。
- Complete assigned job from supervisor timely.及时完成经理安排的其他工作。
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical related fields.机械相关领域的本科学历。
- At least 5 years of experience in quality, with 3+ years of CQE experience.至少5年质量工作经验,其中3年以上CQE经验。
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory requirements.熟悉质量管理体系(如ISO 9001、IATF 16949)及相关法规要求。
- Familiar with mechanical drawings, various dimensions and geometric tolerances; proficient in the use of common measuring instruments and tools.熟悉机械图,熟悉各种尺寸和形位公差,熟悉常见的测量仪器和工具。
- Familiar with machining processes such as turning, milling, and drilling, forming processes such as casting, forging, hot rolling, and cold heading, and surface treatment processes such as plating, passivation, and anodizing熟悉车、铣、钻等机加工工艺,铸造、锻造、热轧冷镦等成型工艺,镀锌、钝化、阳极氧化等表面处理工艺。
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex quality issues.拥有较强的分析和问题解决能力,能够处理复杂的质量问题。
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.出色的沟通能力,能够有效地跨部门协作。
- Familiar with DCLC business is preferred.熟悉DCLC业务者优先。
