Become a part of Danfoss Power Solutions as a Customer Quality EngineerIn this role, you will represent the customer perspective inside the organization and help ensure products meet expectations in real-world use. Your work directly contributes to building trust, improving quality, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.


You will act as a key link between customers, internal functions, and manufacturing teams, driving quality improvements and ensuring that customer expectations are understood and translated into robust products and processes. 


Based in Nordborg (on-site), you will join a team where your structured thinking, communication, and initiative will make a visible impact on customer satisfaction and product quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support the handling of customer quality claims by coordinating with relevant functions to ensure clear analysis and timely resolution
  • Lead and facilitate 8D problem-solving processes to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions that improve product quality
  • Support the use of quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, SPC) to strengthen processes and ensure consistency
  • Perform and support audits as auditor or co-auditor to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

 

  • An educational background in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a related field combined with ca. 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality roles, ideally involving customer claims or product quality
  • Practical understanding of structured problem-solving (8D) and exposure to core quality tools (FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
  • Great analytical and coordination skills with the ability to work across different functions
  • Clear communication skills in English and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
  • A proactive and resilient mindset with a structured approach to solving problems
