As our Customer Quality Intern , you’ll play a key role in support the Quality team by analyzing data, following up on quality related activities, analysis and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring timely responses and help improve customer satisfaction.
Your impact? Keep customer complaint KPIs (PPMs, response time) updated and accurately analyzed.
You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more inclusive future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyzing customer complaint KPIs such as PPMs and response time.
- Analyzing and following up on customer complaints using problem solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams to identify root causes.
- Monitoring and tracking corrective actions derived from customer complaints, verifying their proper implementation and effectiveness.
- Supporting customer communication regarding complaint status and implemented actions.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving mindset.
- Active student from 6th semester onward with Major in Industrial Engineering (IIA) preferred, or Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields (IMA, IME, IIS or equivalent).
