Join us as a Customer Service Representative at our site in Osasco or Guaratinguetá, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the order fulfillment process to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. Your contributions will foster a collaborative environment through transparent communication and actively contribute to a positive team culture. Success in this position requires comprehensive knowledge of customer service, order management, and related systems and processes. Familiarity with supply chain and manufacturing principles is advantageous. Your efforts will support the company's objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide a unique customer experience to Danfoss Customers/Distributors, aligning with Danfoss Sales Strategies.
- Offer the highest level of support on all aspects of order management, from “Quote to Cash.”
- Support agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure high responsiveness to internal and external customers.
- Coordinate communication between Danfoss and customers/distributors, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Partner with Danfoss manufacturing sites to ensure high delivery performance and customer service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Education in business administration or engineering.
- English skills (verbal and written); another European language is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and formal commercial training is a plus.
- Customer-centered values and a passion to serve customers.
- SAP skills and intercultural competency.
