Join our Customer Care team and play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience for US and EMEA regions. You will manage customer orders end‑to‑end, ensure accuracy, and collaborate closely with internal teams, driving results the Danfoss way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders/transactions from receipt to closure, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with defined processes.
- Ensure adherence to service level expectations and maintain performance within agreed operational benchmarks.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of customer data and order inputs in ERP systems and relevant tools.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by delivering timely and accurate order processing, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues impacting order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate openness to feedback and align with organisational expectations and process standards.
- Actively work on feedback received and continuously improve performance and professional conduct.
- Adhere to organisational policies, including attendance, working hours, and communication protocols.
- Ensure compliance with defined processes, systems, and guidelines as communicated by the organisation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and reducing errors.
- Maintain up-to-date process knowledge and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
What We're Looking For
🎓 Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Support functions or order management.
💻 Working knowledge of SAP / Salesforce and MS Office.
🗣️ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
⏰ Flexibility to work in US shifts and handle change confidently.
🌱 Positive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
