We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. As the first point of contact, you will manage orders, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using SAP.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide product, order, and shipment information to customers.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Team Leader or relevant department.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Follow established standard operating procedures and contribute to their improvement.
- Support team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, Economy, or equivalent (or relevant experience).
- Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent in English in writing and speaking as a must.
- Additional European languages are an advantage.
